Luglio 2014, insieme ad alcuni amici partiamo per una passeggiata di 2 giorni, partenza dal passo S.Pellegrino tappa al Rifugio Falier e ritorno verso Val di Fassa.
In July 2014, along with some friends we leave for a walk in two days, starting from step S.Pellegrino stage to Rifugio Falier and return to Val di Fassa.
Per noi è una gita abbastanza dura, grandi dislivelli e molte ore di cammino, siamo però tutti assieme e il tempo, siamo sicuri, passerà in fretta.
For us it is a trip tough enough, large gradients and many hours of walking, but we are all together and the time, we are sure, we will pass quickly.
Quell’anno ha nevicato molto durante l’inverno e la primavera è stata molto lunga e fresca, ora a luglio i prati sono ancora pieni di fiori, se ne trovano di tutti i tipi. Il primo è un Giglio Martagone.
That year it snowed a lot during the winter and spring was very long, cool, now in July the meadows are still full of flowers, they come in all types. The first is a Giglio Martagone.

E di questa gita mi porto anche a casa questo bello scatto che mi ha consentito di vincere un Primo premio ad un concorso Nazionale.
And this trip I also bring home this beautiful shot that enabled me to win a first prize at a national competition.
Ma a quel punto, superato il passo dell’Ombrettola, è arrivato l’inferno … la neve. Ancora a Luglio copriva tutti i sentieri, dal rifugio ci avevano garantito che non ce n’era !
But then, after the step of Passo Ombrettola it arrived hell … snow. Still in July it covered all the paths, the shelter we had ensured that there was not!
Senza ramponi ed attrezzatura specifica è stata molto dura scendere. E l’arrivo al rifugio Falier è avvenuto solamente alle 21.

Without crampons and specific equipment it has been very hard to get off. And arriving at the Falier refuge occurred only at 9PM.
